The request for exchange should be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order number and information about size or model that the customer wishes to exchange.
You will only exchange items with this item in its original state, including the crystal packaging that protects it and its labels that cannot be removed. Exchange articles that do not meet these parameters or that show signs of actual use will not be accepted.
We have the CTT Back service so that article changes can be done simultaneously, quickly, practically and at the address you want. This service is courtesy of us and has no cost to the customer. If he wishes to send us the item to exchange to our address, on his own initiative, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If the item does not fully satisfy you, you have 14 days to request a refund for the purchase from the date you receive it. You should send an email to email@example.com with the intention of your return, indicating the order number and your IBAN, to proceed to the respective refund. In case of payments via PayPal, the return will be made by the same way. In both circumstances, we will return the value of the product, upon receipt of the product. You will be sent a response email with return instructions. The item must be in its original packaging, labeled, with no signs of actual use and in the same condition as the item received. If the above assumptions are not met, BBme by Joana Teles reserves the right not to accept the return.

We suggest that the customer returns by registered mail. We are not responsible for lost items and / or products with shipping damage. The return shipping costs will be assumed by us, in case of proven manufacturing defect of the part in question. In other situations (dissatisfaction with the product, size, etc.) the return shipping costs to our address will be the sole responsibility of the customer. € 3.50 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer for shipping costs via CTT Express, from our address to the customer’s address. In the case of international shipping, the total amount to be discounted is 10 €, which also concern the shipping costs of the order to the customer’s address.
